WEATHER-RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS
NONE AT THIS TIME.
It's a beautiful day today so we look forward to seeing everyone at the picnic at Honeygo Park 1:00 - 6:30 PM. Please bring your favorite side dish!
1st Perry Hall Boys Lacrosse Tournament is forming!!
May 31, 2008 @ Perry Hall Park
Because there are so many teams in the area that didn't make it into Lax Splash this year, we're planning to hold our own for-fun, non-competitive tournament Saturday, May 31. This will be held in lieu of Lax Splash. Teams are still signing up but I wanted to make sure you kept May 31 open. The plan is to have a 3 games so we would have a 1 hour game, 1 hour off, 1 hour game, etc. Teams will also be asked to bring hamburgers and hot dogs and grills so all the teams can hang out together and have fun.
More details coming soon ...

I have received a report that there has been some inappropriate behavior and comments from our parents on the sidelines. This will not be accepted and could mean the removal of a player from the program. I understand that emotions can run high during games, but we need to keep our emotions and comments in check for the benefit of the kids on the field and the others who may be watching from the sidelines. Let's cheer on the players and give more words of encouragement!
As most of you know, I get to see quite a few games and in every case the behavior among our coaches, parents and players has been outstanding. There has been lots of cheering and compliments about both teams on the field, which is great to see.
Please continue to cheer on the players and refrain from any behavior or comments that may reflect negatively on the program.
Thank you,
Dennis
